Suggestions for online multiplayer games for the Xbox 360?

I just got Xbox live gold membership and I was just wondering which games are good for online mulitplayer. I'm not real big on shooting games though, but I do like action/adventure, RPG, and racing.Suggestions for online multiplayer games for the Xbox 360?

Racing - Dirt 2 is awesome. Grid is as well. Split second and Blur are amazing racing/destruction games.
