Where can i find a F2P combat-based MMO Racing Game(Like Upshift StrikeRacer)?

Like the title says, I'm looking for a FREE Combat - Racing Online Multiplayer game, like updrift strikeracer. I tried USR but I keep getting the message User does not exist and then failed to connect %26gt;_%26gt; I think the server is unreliable, down a lot, so... Any ideas?
