Can someone tell me a PC racing game that allows two players to race in Arcade mode?

Does anyone know any recent PC car racing games that allows two or more players to race against each other on a split or multiple screen. With both players in front of the same computer using a game pad or the keyboard without having to go on the internet. Too many of the racing games these days seem to be heading towards Online Gaming instead.Can someone tell me a PC racing game that allows two players to race in Arcade mode?
I don't think that there are any 2 player racing games are for PC. If you want that type of game really badly I would get a PS2 (I think it is around 100 dollars now; really good deal). There are some really good racing games for PS2 like Grand Tourismo.
