well to play online games requires you to download, unless your given the game on disc or what ever, even then you'd have to update (which you would need to download)
if you don't wanna download a game, your better off buying the game from a store, but then again if ya wanted to play online, there would probably be updates for that as well...(once again requires you to download)
And loading a game in a browser would still be classified as downloading it, so there for it's ganna be hard to find a game to play online that you don't have to download lol..

I have designed a lot of apartments and am able to have friends over to listen to music. There are a lot of rooms but you fall into the noob room when you start.

The only one I can think of is runescape, but that requires a form of Java script. Which doesn't even take ten minutes.
