i dont know of any racing online games that you can chat throw but i do know a couple of games that are adveture games and you can actually see the other people chatting and stuff. well my personal favorite one is www.runescape.com is a massive online game were you compete to raise your skills up and be the best you can be i REALLY recoment this one. and another one would be IMVU.com is a chatting system were you can chat with other people throw a 3d character and also be yourself. add me if you do join any of them this are my names montbello4 for runescape and YOWATSGUDLADYS for imvu well hope that helpsAre they any racing online games with chat and stuff?

What console? PC or Xbox/360 or PS2/3?
Xbox live allows you to chat with other players while you play a game (like Need for Speed or Midnight Club) You can race other players online too, yet still have offline story lines if you wish.
As for PC games I assume the two I mentioned above could or should work, but I could be wrong. Most the ones I found on the PC online are just flash games, with no chat base, but then I just did a quick peek for you.Are they any racing online games with chat and stuff?
There are many online games with headset capabilities, it all depends on which system you are using, or if it is computer based but you can look at the back of any racing game and see if there is chat enabled, it will have a picture of a headset on the back of the game.
