Are there any good non-online (split screen) multiplayer racing games for PS3?

I've been looking for a fun multiplayer racing game in the vein of Mario Kart or anything similar, but for the PS3. I just want to be able to do split-screen racing, as opposed to only being online. The closest thing I've found is Sega Rally Revo, but it only lets you race 2-player with no other CPU cars on the track.Are there any good non-online (split screen) multiplayer racing games for PS3?

I do not suggest a Need for Speed game, recent iterations have been really bland and just plain bad.



GT Prologues is another fine choice, although you might be better off waiting for the full game at this point
Well, motorstorm and motorstorm:pacific rift is a good one. there is also Ridge racer 4, grid, and grand turismo prologue if you want that real world simulator kind of game. all have amazing graphics as wellAre there any good non-online (split screen) multiplayer racing games for PS3?
Motorstorm is said to be the best racing game and I agree I also love Grid. It is sooooo good. Not sure if it's splitscreen though. Dont listen to the newb that call that a kiddie game.

or you can get a Crash racing game from the PS2, it's just like Mario Kart. Unless you dont have BC..Are there any good non-online (split screen) multiplayer racing games for PS3?
