I have a 2007 sony computer. It uses windows vista. It has 2gb ram. I play this online racing game and for some reason the best fps i can get is 13.7 the lowest it has gone is 2.7. It werid because other people complain how low there fps is and i ask them how low it is and they tell me its 27.
